Frequently asked questions

How is Hireposture priced?

Flat monthly per-employer pricing — not per-job-posting and not per-user. The pricing structure is deliberately simple: small employers and growing teams shouldn't pay variable rates that punish high-hiring quarters. Pricing tiers shown on this page reflect employer size; everything else (rule library, audit trail, integrations) is the same across tiers.

Is there a free tier?

There's a 14-day trial on every plan with no card up front. Trial includes the full rule library, EEOC-defense audit trail, and unlimited postings during the trial window. After the trial, you choose a tier or cancel — your audit trail data exports as CSV regardless.

Do you charge per job posting or per applicant?

No. Hireposture is flat-priced per employer. Run as many postings + screenings as you legitimately need under your plan. The fair-use intent is "run your actual hiring volume" — bulk-posting accounts that exceed normal small-employer hiring volume by 10× will get a friendly conversation, not a surprise bill.

Annual or monthly billing?

Both available. Annual saves ~2 months versus paying monthly. Cancel anytime; refunds prorate for unused months on annual plans. Your EEOC-defense audit trail data exports as CSV at any point — the audit record stays yours whether or not you stay subscribed.

Do you charge separately for the attorney-attested rule library?

No. The rule library, employment-counsel attestations, EEOC citation chain, and TIF certification are included in every tier. We don't run a tiered "compliance certified" upsell — every customer gets the same compliance defensibility, because tiering legal protection by spend is gross.
